Tracking your order

After registering the order, you can track its status with the Track Order button located on the right side of the menu.

Modify or cancel the order

The possibility to cancel an order or delivery is available in your customer account, section “My orders”.

If cancellation is no longer possible from the account, if you have changed your mind and do not want a product from the order, you want a product other than the ordered one or you do not want any of the ordered products, you can notify us as soon as 0769 254 488.

Delivery methods for products sold by Torelektrik

Postal office

Delivery of large products sold by Torelektrik:

For products sold by Torelektrik that fall into the categories of Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Washing Machines, Stoves, Built-in hobs, Built-in / standard hoods, Microwave ovens, Hobs, Built-in microwave ovens, Tumble dryers, Appliances air conditioning, Built-in refrigerators, Built-in dishwashers, Built-in ovens, Built-in washing machines, Built-in espresso machines, Central heating, Sofas and armchairs, but also for other large products, the delivery fee applies depending on the volume products in the order, regardless of the value of the order, and differ from one category to another. The delivery fee will be applied and will be visible in the cart, including for orders that also contain products in promotion with free shipping.
In addition to the volumetric tax, the products are added to the delivery taxes by region and area, which vary depending on the geographical area. These fees are cumulative.

Also, in the case of payment on delivery by courier, a payment processing fee on delivery in the amount of 5 lei applies, for orders that contain at least one Torelektrik product.

Delivery of full-size products sold by Torelektrik:

Delivery is free for orders with a value of more than 200 lei that contain products sold by Torelektrik, except for orders that also contain products in promotion with free shipping. If an order contains products sold and delivered by Torelektrik and a gift card, the total value being at least 200 lei, free shipping does not apply. Specifically, the products sold and delivered by ShopWTS from that order must be at least 1500 lei, so that they benefit from free shipping.

The delivery fee for orders containing products sold and delivered by Torelektrik is calculated by location. For deliveries of orders made in Caracal, whose value is below 200 lei, a fee of 9.99 lei applies.

Also, in the case of payment on delivery by courier, a payment processing fee on delivery in the amount of 5 lei applies, for orders that contain at least one Torelektrik product.

Pickup from the Romanian Post

This service is available in 624 delivery points across the country.

Also, in some post offices we offer payment by bank card at POS.

When can you pick up your ordered products?

The next day in the case of orders placed from Monday to Friday, until 15:00.

Tuesday, in case of orders placed from Friday, 15:00 to Monday, 15:00.

When your products arrive at the post office we will notify you by e-mail or SMS. Please pick them up within 7 days, otherwise your order will be canceled automatically.

Delivery of Torelektrik  products to Romanian Post offices is free of charge only for orders that have a minimum value of 200 lei. If the payment amount for an order is less than 200 lei, the delivery cost is 5 lei.

Also, in case of payment on delivery, a payment processing fee on delivery in the amount of 2.5 lei is applied. If the payment was made online when placing the order, this fee does not apply.
