2. Product description

The torelektrik.at website sells various products in a wide range. The prices displayed on the torelektrik.at website are in lei. torelektrik.at reserves the right to change product prices at any time without notice.

3. Order and payment

Add the desired products to the cart and complete the order. At the end of the first order, an account will be created, and from the second order, you will be authenticated with the e-mail address and password. The order will be completed in a secure page, where you will confirm the delivery dates and payment method.

Refund – cash payment by courier or Romanian post office;

When specifying the transfer, specify your order number. Usually the delivery time is the one specified on the page of each product and it depends on the availability of the product and the characteristics chosen by you.

We try to make sure that the photos of the products are in line with reality, but each monitor may display slightly different colors, so what you see on the screen may differ slightly from the colors of the original product.

4. Delivery

The delivery of the order will be made only on the Romanian territory, by courier (in the localities with Urgent Cargus coverage) or the Romanian mail to the address specified by you in the order.

For orders from 200 Lei, transport by courier is FREE. For orders under 200 lei, the transport cost is 15 lei for delivery by courier or free with delivery by Romanian Post and will be paid together with the ordered products. The package sent by courier or Romanian mail will be sent directly to the address mentioned by the customer within 24-48 hours from the order confirmation. Delivery time may be extended due to special weather conditions, strikes or major holidays during the year.

The ordered products will be carefully packed in our jewelry boxes and in shockproof envelopes.

6. Return

We offer you 30 calendar days to return the ordered product from the site, without penalties and without invoking any reason. The deadline is met if the products are returned before the expiration of the 30-day period. According to GEO 34/2014, the transport costs of the returned product are borne by the consumer, ie yours. The amount refunded will be the value of the products in the package, not their transport. Products that show physical changes, wear marks, defects, deficiencies and all custom products (products that fall into the category of custom jewelry and custom-made products other than those displayed on the site) will not be accepted for return.
